Project Description
Ed Dreyer worked as an Owner’s Rep and Consultant to the developer, The Lundy Group, Inc., on the Greenbridge project. The two buildings included 97 high-end luxury condos on floors two through ten and over 40,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor.
Greenbridge was designed to achieve the LEED Gold Standard of Design and Efficiency.
