Project Description
The Cedar Grove Community Center was a 30,000 square foot renovation project. The former school was built in the 1950s and was converted to a County facility in 1976.
The core of the building consisted of a gymnasium/auditorium, catering kitchen, multi-purpose rooms, conference rooms, Internet café and office space. The building is flanked on either side with classrooms that were converted into storage facilities. The renovated Center included complete plumbing, mechanical and electrical replacements & upgrades, new restroom facilities, exterior window and door replacements, a new loading dock, stage lighting and curtains, roof replacement, a new parking lot and ADA upgrades.
