Project Description
The project consisted of a 12,900 SF addition and the total renovation of the existing 5,540 SF facility which includes a 50-person training / community room, evidence rooms, offices, fitness and locker rooms. Site improvements included retaining walls, expanded parking areas, ornamental fencing, landscaping and automated security integral sunshades composite metal wall panels, a single-ply TPO roofing system and architectural asphalt shingles.
The project also includes a fire sprinkler system, plumbing systems, HVAC systems and electrical systems throughout. Interior finishes include painted gypsum walls, stretched fabric wall coverings acoustical tile ceilings, carpet tile, porcelain tile and epoxy floor systems. Special equipment includes several types of lockers, mobile storage shelving, vertical wheelchair lift and high-speed coiling doors.
