This 3,514 square foot authentic German bakery in downtown Cary includes a 2,000 square foot production facility and over 1,000 square feet of retail space with customer dining. The design was inspired by German architecture with understated elegance. Racanelli worked closely with the designers, the food service equipment providers, the Town and Owner through all stages of design and construction.
