Project Description
Racanelli Construction was contracted to upfit a 4,998 square foot new restaurant, Ruckus Pizza, Pasta & Spirits, from an existing shell building located in a new retail shopping center in Apex, NC. The restaurant consisted of interior high-end finishes, bar and a covered patio.
The project commenced on October 17, 2016 and was ready for kitchen and bar equipment by February 17, 2017. Final inspections, Certificate of Occupancy and Department of Health approval was given on March 9, 2017. There were zero punch items, and the restaurant opened for business March 14, 2017.
