Mr. Dreyer is the senior executive of Racanelli Construction South and oversees all aspects of the business including profitability, business development and implementation of company growth strategies to position Racanelli to excel in North Carolina. He is a licensed North Carolina and South Carolina General Contractor.
Mr. Dreyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Utica College of Syracuse University.
Mr. Drebitko is responsible for overall management and coordination of construction projects including scheduling, procurement, quality control, cost control, schedule compliance, safety and exceeding client expectations. He holds a General Contractor License in North Carolina, Virginia and Florida.
Mr. Drebitko holds an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Hudson Valley Community College.
Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Gallimore has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including field work as a Project Superintendent for several years and then progressing through the ranks as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, General Manager, and Vice President of Operations overseeing Regional construction offices. His professional experience includes a wide array of projects from heavy civil construction, design build, healthcare, institutional, industrial, distribution, nuclear facilities, retail, and commercial office buildings.
Mr. Gallimore has a Master Project Manager Certification, a CSB Executive Certification in Business Administration from UNC-Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business, and is an “Unlimited Building” qualifier for the NC, SC and VA Licensing Boards for General Contractors. He also holds an EPA Storm Water Certification, is OSHA 30-Hour Certified, and served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 1988-1991 where he was a MOS 2143 Mechanical & Electrical Specialist with the Armored Division.
Mr. Racanelli is Vice President of Racanelli Construction South, Inc., and President of one of the New York Metropolitan region’s leading construction management, general contracting and design/build firms. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the business, in addition to overseeing its day-to-day operations including finances, project management, project estimating, client relations, labor management and interface with the company’s professional advisors.
Mr. Racanelli is a 30-year veteran of the commercial/industrial real estate industry and is well respected by his industry peers and the general business community. He began his career as a laborer, rising through the ranks to field supervisor, project manager, estimator and, ultimately, to the executive level.
Mr. Muzzillo is the Project Manager for Racanelli Construction South, Inc. He is responsible for fulfilling the duties and responsibilities related to all aspects of construction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Mr. Muzzillo is proficient in communication dealing with Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, and clients to meet the specific needs of each project. Since joining Racanelli Construction in January of 2017 as a Project Engineer, he has worked his way up to a Project Manager role managing eleven projects over the past two years. He has over ten years of experience combined within the residential and commercial sectors of construction.
Mr. Muzzillo has a Construction Management Technologies Certification, Construction Safety Management Certification, and is OSHA-30 Certified.
Scott Wood, Pat Garrett, Luis Nassar, Chad Linder, and Frank Zwolinski
With almost 200 years combined construction experience, our superintendents bring their positive attitude, integrity and teamwork experience approach to work with them every day. Each superintendent provides full-time on-site; coordination, scheduling and expediting of all trades, quality assurance, safety compliance, liaison with local municipalities, problem solving and developing/maintaining relationships.
Ms. Gentry has been with Racanelli Construction South since 2010 and is currently the Office Manager. She works closely with the New York office on Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, assists the Estimator(s) with projects being bid, and works with the President and Vice President of Business Development on marketing and website management. General office duties include new hires paperwork, licensing, event coordination, superintendent accommodations and any offices services needed. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management / Marketing from Meredith College in Raleigh.
Ms. Williams’ main responsibility, as Project Administrator, is to assist with project management duties; field office setup, subcontractor agreements, project team meetings and processing of submittals. She also assists Racanelli’s Project Managers with their behind-the-scenes work and project preparation as projects are awarded. She is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of North Carolina Greensboro.
