Edward Dreyer
Mr. Dreyer is the senior executive of Racanelli Construction South and oversees all aspects of the business including profitability, business development, and implementation of company growth strategies to position Racanelli to excel in North Carolina. He is a licensed North Carolina and South Carolina General Contractor.
Mr. Dreyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Utica College of Syracuse University.
Scott Drebitko
Mr. Drebitko is responsible for the overall management and coordination of construction projects including scheduling, procurement, quality control, cost control, schedule compliance, safety, and exceeding client expectations. He holds a General Contractor License in North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida.
Mr. Drebitko holds an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Hudson Valley Community College.
Nick Racanelli

Mr. Racanelli is Vice President of Racanelli Construction South, Inc., and President of one of the New York Metropolitan region’s leading construction management, general contracting, and design/build firms. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the business, in addition to overseeing its day-to-day operations including finances, project management, project estimating, client relations, labour management and interface with the company’s professional advisers.
Mr. Racanelli is a 30-year veteran of the commercial/industrial real estate industry and is well respected by his industry peers and the general business community. He began his career as a labourer, rising through the ranks to field supervisor, project manager, estimator and, ultimately, to the executive level.
Peter Muzzillo
Project Manager
Mr. Muzzillo is the Project Manager for Racanelli Construction South, Inc. He is responsible for fulfilling the duties and responsibilities related to all aspects of construction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Mr. Muzzillo is proficient in communication dealing with Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, and clients to meet the specific needs of each project. Since joining Racanelli Construction in January of 2017 as a Project Engineer, he has worked his way up to a Project Manager role managing eleven projects over the past two years. He has over ten years of experience combined within the residential and commercial sectors of construction.
Mr. Muzzillo has a Construction Management Technologies Certification, Construction Safety Management Certification, and is OSHA-30 Certified.
Superintendents
With almost 200 years of combined construction experience, our superintendents bring their positive attitude, integrity, and teamwork experience approach to work with them every day. Each superintendent provides full-time on-site; coordination, scheduling, and expediting of all trades, quality assurance, safety compliance, liaison with local municipalities, problem-solving, and developing/maintaining relationships.
Scott Wood
Superintendent
Mr. Wood has more than 36 years of working for general contractors in commercial construction, with over 26 years as a Superintendent. He has overseen many different types of projects; including retail, business, architecture, industrial, assisted living, education, grocery, financial, and public safety, to name a few. His day-to-day responsibilities include job safety, coordination, short-term scheduling, quality control, inspections, and conflict resolution. OSHA 30 certification.
Luis Nassar
Superintendent
With 22 years of experience in commercial construction, Mr. Nassar started working for Racanelli as a Superintendent in February 2021. He holds an Applied Science Degree in Construction Management Technology from Wake Tech. In 2022, The Health Hazards Control Unit (HHCU) determined that Luis had fulfilled the requirements for his Asbestos Supervisor License. OSHA 30 certification.
Chad Linder
Superintendent
Mr. Linder’s experience began with residential construction at the age of 23. After a few years, he became a commercial and industrial foreman with multiple Wake Med and Wake County projects. In 2015, he became a Superintendent and has been with Racanelli since 2021 managing multiple projects in the Wilmington area. He takes charge and takes pride in his projects, managing all aspects of the construction site. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of construction including construction methods and materials, safety, and QA/QC. OSHA 30 Certification.
