Project Description
The Butcher’s Market, located in Wake Forest, is a 3,775 SF high-end specialty grocery. Our work consisted of an interior fit-up from a cold dark shell. The build-out included under slab utilities, new concrete slab on grade, a commercial kitchen, walk-in cooler, refrigerated cases, millwork, reclaimed wood siding, cementitious epoxy flooring and wood flooring and new M.E.P. systems. Racanelli Construction was also involved with pre-construction services, value engineering, design input and coordinated all inspections with both the Building and Health Department. The project was completed on time and within budget and was one of the first tenants to open in the new Heritage Shopping Center.
