Project Description:
Racanelli Construction South was awarded the interior and exterior renovation of Campus Hills Park on February 28, 2011. This 30,000 square foot project included major demolition work, sitework, utilities, paving, landscaping, interior and exterior concrete, general construction, masonry, roofing, doors, frames, hardware, finishes and ADA upgrades. Work also included all new plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm work. Racanelli self-performed the masonry portion of the construction equaling five percent of the total project.
The bathroom and locker rooms were completely demolished and rebuilt, a new kitchenette was added, a new curtain wall was built in the pool area and the entire community center was repainted once new ceilings and light fixtures were replaced.
